不伤眼的颜色设置

昨天老婆突然打来一个电话，指挥我按照如下步骤操作：
>> 在桌面点击鼠标右键，选择“属性”
>>选择“外观”
>>点击“高级”
>>在项目中选择“窗口”
>>点击“颜色”
>>选择“其他”
>>设置如下：“色调”（Hue）设为85，“饱和度”（Sat）设为90，“亮度” （Lum）设为205
在老婆的指挥下，我的电脑被修改为如此设置，号称不伤眼，貌似很多软件背景的确挺柔和，特别是Word，但愿真的能够保护眼睛。的确我们一天面对电脑的时间比面对老婆的时间还多。
可惜的是我最常用的软件不是Word，我常用的开发环境早被我把背景设置为黑色了，这样貌似也挺好。不过还是要谢谢老婆。
